Meet Julian Paul Costa, a Miami native and accomplished professional with a degree in Finance and Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. Julian honed his skills as a real estate agent while working with top-producing teams at luxury brokerages in Miami and New York City. He also served as an operations manager at a proptech start-up in New York City, where he led a team of 5 agents and 50 runners to close over 200 leases in 2019, ultimately leading to the company's acquisition by Zillow.

With his extensive experience and knowledge of proptech, Julian is well-equipped to advise clients on navigating the ever-changing market. He specializes in short-term rentals and listing management across platforms such as AirBnB, VRBO, Peerspace and more. Since returning to Miami, Julian has been advising multiple proptech ventures on expanding into the South Florida market.
